奥斯达蓄电池对充电电压的的要求

奥斯达蓄电池充电电压高低对容量没有多大影响

我们通常认为电池在充电过程中电压的高低对电池容量互相关联,电压高则充入电量大,电压底则相对充入电量少。那么到底是不是这样呢?下面是一个实验得出的数据分析:

用一个水槽盛满水,电池放在水中,在电池上方有一个收集气体用的倒扣的漏斗,漏斗顶端装有可以计量气体容量的注射针筒。充电用可调稳压电源,用两只四位半数字万用表测量充电电流和充电电压。

试验时间是在冬季,水温5℃。实验条件是统一用2A电流充电,最充电电压分别用43V44V45V轮循环依次进行,浮充转换电流一律400mA,记录下每次的充电时间,包括充电末期随时间电流下降各点数据、开始析气电压,按时间记录析气量。电池充完后,用万分之几精度的电量台记录放电容量。充入电量是在计算纸上读出时间电流曲线与坐标之间的面积(电容量就是充电电流对时间的定积分)。
